A happy Easter weekend to all my readers. I know that I've still been struggling to update this site as regularly as expected, and things may not improve on this front for a few days yet, but I have decided to renew my domain name for another two years so remain committed to bringing you my scurrilous mix of news, reviews, titbits and downright snidery for a good while yet.

On a more (or less?) serious note, don't let anyone ever tell ya that Don Rumsfeld didn't have himself a great war (second helpings from Chinese Food).

I'm off to Nottingham for the weekend, in search of England's oldest pub and to dance to the underground sounds of Radio 4 in concert at The Rescue Rooms. See you on the other side.
