Two interesting snippets from the multi-eviction climax: Anouska, when asked about her 'outrageous' exploits in Australia, let slip that she got naked just as often in the UK but the show's producers over here were 'too nice' to show it. And when dreadful Davina confronted Jon Tickle on why he stopped playing with the other contestants' minds he revealed it was because 'Big Brother told me not to'.

This all rather suggests that it wasn't this year's contestants who were dull and reserved but the production team themselves. It seems that Endemol have been suffering from the same short-term greed, corporate thinking, litigation paranoia and all-round control freakery which appears to be paralysing just about every large organisation in the country at the moment.
