The eyes have it

Minority Report is a film I can wholeheartedly recommend, a rattlingly good sci-fi thriller that use its state-of-the-art effects and action sequences sparingly but effectively. It's to be best enjoyed knowing as little of the plot as possible, so what are you waiting for? Even more so than AOTC and Spiderman, this is the summer blockbuster that is genuinely unmissable. Oh and don't believe all the nonsense comparing it to Blade Runner. This Spielberg/Cruise collaboration is much better than that. Minority Report manages the neat trick of integrating the brainfood within the moveable feast of the plot mechanics so well that the action never has to let up for the thoughtful/ponderous moments that beset Ridley Scott's visionary 1982 adaptation of Philip K Dick's Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep?

Meanwhile, those of you that have already had the good sense to see the movie may enjoy this thread discussing the film's various plot holes and their possible explanations.
