Currently reading...Would Like To Meet a dating advice guide based on the recent BBC series. I caught on to the programme very late (I seem to watch very little TV since Big Brother finished) but many of my (mainly attached) friends found it compulsive, addictive viewing.
Anyway, I was intrigued enough from what I saw to buy the book which is competitively priced, well presented, neatly organised and contains some sensible, no-nonsense advice without straying into the patronising tone that many of these type of manuals can fall into (not that I *ahem* read many).
Particularly useful is the section on sorting out your wardrobe, prompting me to take a long, hard look at the piles of clothes in my possession that I haven't worn in years, and which will be heading to a charity shop near me soon. I can't believe I ever bought so many flowery shirts. Morrissey has got a lot to answer for.
