Big Brother sensation as Adele, Jade, Jonny and Kate have all been nominated for eviction this week. Jade was nominated by every single one of her housemates, and is the 3-1 on favourite for eviction, with rumours circulating that her family have requested she is pulled out of the show with immediate effect amidst fears of a 'lively' reception from the public come eviction night. Adele is second favourite to go and needs to buck the trend that has seen, by my reckoning, five of the six Black or Asian housemates nominated over the three series of BB evicted at first time of asking, the last two of which, Alison and Lee, were rumoured to be victims of an organised betting scam.

My preference would be for Adele to exit, on the basis that she has revealed herself to be a single-minded, conniving and manipulative contestant who seems unwilling to stop at anything to get her hands on the £70k. But it looks very much like only an intervention from a higher force, be that from God, Zod or an organised crime warlord, is going to prevent Jade heading out the house front door like a pig to slaughter...
