It appears that Linklust is spent. Which is a shame, as it was a good idea and had a great logo. With metafilter no longer taking new users and also at times seemingly in the grip of a post 9/11 reactionary viewpoint (although things appear to be getting more back to normal lately) a European alternative could have provided a fresh, funky and radical counterpoint. Sadly though, it never seemed to capture the imagination of the blogging masses over here and user apathy has seen it drift towards this unfortunate conclusion. A chance missed, I reckon.
