Watching breakfast TV on a Sunday morning isn't always good for your health. I know someone for instance who gets into a spluttering rage just at the merest sight of Bill Turnbull (and I quote: 'Just look at him. He's a total cunt!').

Mind you, if anyone can get me up of a weekend, it's Sam Singh (left) who presents the Liquid News segment on the aforementioned show. I think it's the way she enunciates her autocued lines so beautifully while simultaneously appearing to barely suppress hysterical laughter at the showbiz drivel she's reporting on that sees her zooming up the Parallax View popularity poll.
