Another online petition - this time from Americans demanding from Congress the right to see female nipples on network TV. Over here, with Channel 5 seeming to broadcast nothing else but female nipples it's difficult to emphathise. This reminds me though of a stag weekend I went on in New York - the girlie bars had to work to a rule where if the girls got naked they couldn't serve alcohol. When men are deprived of that heady brew of beer and breasts it's no wonder they're always shooting each other, in my view.
